Jami is the Founder & Executive Director of TEDxCincinnati. .

Jami has organized over 25 different TEDx Events. She produced TEDxCincinnati events with speakers and performers from six different continents. Along with the large shows, Jami also has planned over 20 smaller, “salon” events. Jami uses her expertise in finding the world’s most cutting edge thought-leaders to curate larger than life shows year after year with speakers on topics surrounding health, education, industry, energy, wellbeing, emerging technologies and innovation. Over the years, Jami has successfully created and engaged the TEDxCincinnati community. The community has grown to over 25,000 “TEDxsters” and is still gaining momentum. The talks have been seen by millions of people globally.

TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages. Independently run TEDx events help share these ideas in local communities around the world.
